How long does a repair take?

Your repair is completed and your phone is back with you the same day we collect it. Most repairs take 1 to 2 hours of work.

How do the quote and deposit work?

At your booked time we reach out with a clear quote for your phone and repair, including labour, for you to approve. Once you are happy, a deposit confirms your booking and covers ordering your parts. Nothing is done until you say yes.

How do collection and return work?

You choose the collection day. We collect your device, repair it and bring it back the same day, so you only need to be available for the handover and the return.

Do you offer a warranty?

Yes. Every repair is covered by a 30-day warranty. If a fault appears that is caused by an issue on our end, we will fix it for you.

What if my phone cannot be repaired?

We will explain the reason to you first, then return your deposit straight away.

Which phones do you repair, and is my data safe?

We repair iPhone and Samsung phones across London. Our repairs do not erase your phone, though we always recommend a backup first. Have a different brand? Message us on WhatsApp and we will let you know.
